1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Car Lease Deals UK website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Car Lease Deals UK (a trading name of 3Revenue Limited).

2. Nature of Service - Brokerage Relationship

IMPORTANT: Car Lease Deals UK acts as a broker and introducer only. We are NOT the finance provider.

We source and arrange short-term vehicle leasing on your behalf through third-party finance suppliers. The lease agreement for the vehicle will be between you and the finance supplier, not Car Lease Deals UK.

Car Lease Deals UK's role is limited to:

• Sourcing suitable vehicles based on your requirements
• Facilitating introductions to finance suppliers
• Processing your application and documentation
• Coordinating vehicle collection and delivery
• Providing ongoing customer support

The finance supplier is responsible for:

• Collecting deposits and monthly lease payments
• Setting and enforcing payment terms and late payment fees
• Determining insurance excess amounts and terms
• Setting mileage overage charges and early termination fees
• Making final decisions on lease applications
• Managing the lease agreement and any modifications to it

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Setup Fee (Payable to Car Lease Deals UK)

Car Lease Deals UK charges a one-time setup fee of £1,000 (subject to change) for our brokerage services. This fee covers:

• Application processing and document verification
• Vehicle sourcing and arrangement
• Coordination with finance suppliers
• Administrative services

The setup fee is payable once your documents have been approved and your vehicle is confirmed. This fee is non-refundable once services have been rendered.

3.2 Deposit and Monthly Payments (Payable to Finance Supplier)

The following payments are made directly to the finance supplier, NOT to Car Lease Deals UK:

• Refundable Deposit: £500 or £1,000 depending on vehicle value
• Monthly Lease Payments: As specified in your vehicle selection
• First Month's Payment: Due before or at vehicle collection

You will receive separate payment links from the finance supplier for the deposit and first month's payment after your application is approved.

3.3 Payment Methods

Car Lease Deals UK setup fee: Bank transfer (card payments may be available in future).

Finance supplier payments: As determined by your finance supplier (typically bank transfer or direct debit).

3.4 Late Payments

Late payment fees and terms are set by the finance supplier and will be detailed in your lease agreement with them.

4. Deposit Refund Policy

The refundable deposit is held by the finance supplier and will be returned to you after:

• The vehicle is returned at the end of your lease
• A thorough inspection is completed
• It is confirmed there is no damage beyond fair wear and tear
• All outstanding payments have been settled

If any damage, excessive wear, or missing items are identified, the cost of repairs or replacement may be deducted from your deposit. You will be notified via email with a detailed breakdown of any deductions before they are processed.

Final decisions on deposit deductions are made by the finance supplier in accordance with the lease agreement.

5. Lease Terms

Our short-term car leasing services are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum lease period: 3 months
• Insurance: Comprehensive insurance coverage included
• Road tax: Included in monthly payment
• Breakdown cover: Included
• Mileage allowance: 2,000 miles per month
• Mileage overage charges: As specified by finance supplier
• Age requirement: You must be 25 years or older
• Driving licence: Valid full UK driving licence required
• Territory: UK use only (exceptions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis)

6. Application Process and Eligibility

6.1 Required Documentation

To complete your application, you must provide:

• Full UK driving licence
• DVLA check code
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within last 3 months)
• Bank statements (as required)
• Any additional documents requested during the application process

6.2 Credit Checks

We do NOT conduct traditional credit checks. However, we perform identity verification and driving licence checks.

6.3 IVA and CCJ Policy

We generally do not accept applications from individuals with active Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) or County Court Judgments (CCJs). Each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

6.4 Right to Reject

Car Lease Deals UK and/or the finance supplier reserve the right to reject any application, even after initial approval, if:

• Information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete
• Required documentation cannot be verified
• Eligibility criteria are not met
• There are concerns about the applicant's ability to fulfill lease obligations

7. Insurance Coverage

All vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage. However:

• Insurance excess: You are responsible for insurance excess charges as determined by the finance supplier
• Additional drivers: You may add additional drivers aged 25 or over at no extra cost (subject to approval)
• Coverage type: Standard comprehensive insurance (specific exclusions apply as per insurer's terms)
• Use restrictions: Insurance covers social, domestic, and commuting use. Business use and other special uses may require additional approval

Full insurance terms and conditions will be provided by the finance supplier and insurer.

8. Vehicle Use and Care

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle in a responsible, safe, and legal manner
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition
• Report any damage, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately to Car Lease Deals UK and the finance supplier
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes or activities
• Not use the vehicle for commercial hire, ride-sharing, or courier services without prior written approval
• Not modify, alter, or customize the vehicle without written consent
• Not smoke in the vehicle (violation may result in cleaning/deodorizing charges)
• Comply with all UK traffic laws and regulations
• Keep the vehicle clean and in presentable condition

9. Damage, Maintenance, and Returns

9.1 Fair Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear is acceptable. However, you are liable for damage beyond what is considered fair wear and tear, as assessed by the finance supplier upon vehicle return.

9.2 Damage Charges

You will be invoiced for any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Bodywork damage (scratches, dents, scrapes)
• Interior damage (stains, tears, burns)
• Mechanical damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Missing items (spare tire, jack, manual, etc.)
• Smoking-related odors or damage

Charges are calculated based on repair costs or replacement value and may be deducted from your deposit.

9.3 Maintenance and Repairs

As vehicles are under 2 years old and leased for short terms, routine maintenance should not typically be required. However:

• Mechanical failures: Covered by warranty (report immediately)
• Customer-caused damage: You are responsible for repair costs
• Routine servicing: Managed by finance supplier if required during lease
• Tyre damage/replacement: Terms determined by finance supplier

9.4 Vehicle Returns

Upon return, the vehicle must be:

• In good condition accounting for fair wear and tear
• Reasonably clean (professional cleaning may be required at inspector's discretion)
• Complete with all original items and accessories
• Within agreed mileage limits or overage charges will apply

10. Vehicle Swapping

Subject to availability, you may request to swap your vehicle after completing a minimum of 3 months with your current vehicle.

Swap Process:

• You must return the current vehicle for inspection
• Your deposit will be refunded if the vehicle passes inspection
• If swapping immediately to another vehicle, the deposit may be transferred to the new lease
• You will need to complete a new application for the replacement vehicle
• No vehicle swap fee applies from Car Lease Deals UK, but the finance supplier may have their own terms

11. Cancellation and Early Termination

11.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your lease with 30 days written notice to both Car Lease Deals UK and the finance supplier.

Early termination fees may apply as determined by the finance supplier and will be outlined in your lease agreement.

11.2 Termination by Car Lease Deals UK or Finance Supplier

We or the finance supplier may terminate the lease immediately if you:

• Fail to make required payments
• Breach these terms and conditions or the lease agreement
• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Provided false or misleading information in your application
• Cause significant damage to the vehicle

12. Penalties and Violations

You are solely responsible for:

• Parking fines: Any parking tickets, penalties, or charges incurred during your lease
• Traffic violations: All speeding tickets, traffic fines, and related charges
• Congestion/emission charges: All city or environmental driving charges
• Vehicle impoundment: All fees and charges if the vehicle is impounded for any reason
• Toll road charges: Payment for use of toll roads

If fines or charges are issued to Car Lease Deals UK or the finance supplier due to your use of the vehicle, these will be passed on to you along with any administrative fees.

13. Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Lease Deals UK and the finance supplier from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the vehicle
• Accidents or incidents involving the vehicle during your lease
• Violations of traffic laws or regulations
• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Damage to third-party property or injury to third parties

You are responsible for the insurance excess in the event of an accident or insurance claim, as specified by the finance supplier.

14. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

By using our services, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your personal information for application purposes
• Sharing your information with finance suppliers and insurance providers
• DVLA licence checks and identity verification
• Communication via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your application and lease

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Changes to fees (including the setup fee) will not affect existing agreements but will apply to new applications.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Car Lease Deals UK regarding the use of our brokerage services.

Your lease agreement with the finance supplier is a separate contract and is governed by the terms set by the finance supplier.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
